A Japanese-style kitchen knife made from 5CR14Mov high-carbon stainless steel with an approximate hardness rating of 58 HRC. The blade is about 25.5 cm long and 5 mm thick, with a hand-polished edge of around 16°. The handle is made from black oak wood and features a carved finger opening designed to support grip and handling.
Suitable for tasks such as slicing, dicing, trimming, and general food preparation. The knife can also be used in outdoor settings such as camping or BBQ cooking. A leather sheath with belt loop is included for storage and carrying.
Hand wash only and dry thoroughly after use. Not dishwasher safe. Keep out of reach of children.
